Our meditation team is coming to Eastwood to introduce you the simply Sahaja Yoga Meditation technique so you can experience true meditation.
At this event, you will learn how meditation is a state of ‘thoughtless awareness’ which occurs when the mind is calm and silent yet completely alert.
What is meditation?
Meditation is the state of thoughtless awareness where we are not thinking but are completely aware. When in meditation, our attention drops all interests in the future and past and becomes one with the now, the present.
Why meditation?
Meditation is easy and its regular practise greatly improves mental and emotional health. Beyond that, self-realisation through the technique of Sahaja Yoga, touches a spiritual essence common in all human beings and brings about a unique sense of wholeness and spiritual satisfaction.
