Week 1 (Day 1 to Day 7) Know Yourself | Monday 9th to 15th January 2023 • 9PM (Sydney time)
DAY 1: Realise your True Self | Monday 9th January 2023 • 9PM (Sydney time)
We are not this mind, this body, and these emotions. Beyond the material world that surrounds us, we are something much higher, more subtle. With Sahaja Yoga meditation, find your true self and know who you really are.

DAY 2: Retain the Growth | Tuesday 10th January 2023 • 9PM (Sydney time)
Meditation is the only way you can grow because when you meditate, you are in silence, you are in thoughtless awareness and then the growth of awareness takes place.

DAY 3: Balance Within | Wednesday 11th January 2023 • 9PM (Sydney time)
Secret of happiness in life lies in finding the balance and practicing it. Learn how you can keep your inner being in state of balance with simple daily practice.

DAY 4: EQ (Emotional Quotient) v/s IQ (Intelligence Quotient) | Thursday 12th January 2023 • 9PM (Sydney time)
There are three energy channels in our subtle system – left, right and centre. We will learn about the qualities of each channel, and how to balance them so that we can be in the balance, in the present moment, and on the path to our ascent.

DAY 5: Know your Personality | Friday 13th January 2023 • 9PM (Sydney time)
First step towards solving any problem is acknowledging it and then identifying the root cause.

DAY 6: Cleansing with the Elements | Saturday 14th January 2023 • 9PM (Sydney time)
The human body, just like the entire universe, is made up of the five elements earth, water, fire, ether and air. In this session, we will use these elements to deepen our Meditation state.

DAY 7: Strengthen the Foundation | Sunday 15th January 2023 • 9PM (Sydney time)
For a building to be tall, foundation must be strong. Learn how to establish your foundation in the journey of meditation, to make the inner pillars strong and stable.

Week 2 (Day 8 to Day 14) Living in balance | Monday 16th to Sunday 22nd January 2023 • 9PM (Sydney time)
DAY 8: Bringing balance Within | Monday 16th January 2023 • 9PM (Sydney time)
We will steady our attention and learn to identify and clear out the imbalances affecting our subtle being. Gradually, we’ll go deeper in our silence, and inner bliss.

DAY 9: Wisdom is wiser than Intelligence | Tuesday 17th January 2023 • 9PM (Sydney time)
Wisdom can only come through honest introspection.
“Wisdom is a thing that gives you, first of all, complete peace. If your wisdom is developed then you become very peaceful because whatever people may say, whatever they may do, whatever aggression they may do, whatever it is, you are peaceful.” Shri Mataji – founder.
DAY 10: Creativity is Intelligence having fun | Wednesday 18th 2023 • 9PM (Sydney time)
Meditation opens up the collective unconscious, offering life the potential for creative action and art that is immersed in the love of the Spirit.
“If you want to be positive, it is very easy and for that you should see where your attention is. Are you only seeing problems or are you seeing some fun in it?” Shri Mataji – founder.
DAY 11: Source of peace is Within | Thursday 19th January 2023 • 9PM (Sydney time)
A seed cannot sprout if it does not establish peace with nature around. What stops us from not establishing peace with others and most importantly with ourselves?
“When we are not realized, we are moving on the periphery, like a wheel and we are disturbed. But a realized soul is on the axis, which is silent. So, he has the peace within himself.” Shri Mataji – founder.
DAY 12: Breathing vital Air | Friday 20th January 2023 • 9PM (Sydney time)
We cannot live without air but is air just for living or it is something which works to nurture our inner being as well.

DAY 13: Connecting with the Whole | Saturday 21st January 2023 • 9PM (Sydney time)
Beyond seeing and understanding the truth is, becoming the truth. When we become one with the whole, it is the first time we truly enjoy the principle of collectivity.

DAY 14: Strength lies in Forgiveness | Sunday 22nd January 2023 • 9PM (Sydney time)
There is constant fight between ego and superego, which doesn’t let us move on. Fighting the battle just makes it more difficult.

Week 3 (Day 15 to Day 21) Grow Deeper | Monday 23rd to Sunday 29th January 2023 • 9PM (Sydney time)
DAY 15: Yoga the true Integration | Monday 23rd January 2023 • 9PM (Sydney time)
With opening of Sahasrara there is complete integration within us and there is no more conflict between mind and heart.
“People are lost because they have no knowledge. Knowledge from the books is no knowledge. Their knowledge must come from within, from within themselves and that has happened because of Sahasrara opening.” Shri Mataji – founder.
DAY 16: Music for deeper Silence | Tuesday 24th January 2023 • 9PM (Sydney time)
Sound waves can carry vibrations, and sounds with the right vibrations, can soothe our inner energy centres.

DAY 17: Experience Is the Greatest Teacher | Wednesday 25th January 2023 • 9PM (Sydney time)
Truth cannot be sold nor bought, can only be experienced.
“Until you are able to understand the meaning of the “Self”, the physical body would remain imperfect and would be unable to verify the Truth. But once the physical instrument is connected with Truth, you are able to verify the Truth.” Shri Mataji – founder.

DAY 18: Health, Science and SahajaYoga | Thursday 26th January 2023 • 9PM (Sydney time)
Sahaja Yoga meditation has been scientifically proven to provide holistic health benefits – be it physical, mental, emotional, or social. We will learn more about these experiments and the benefits in this session.

DAY 19: Go beyond the Mind | Friday 27th January 2023 • 9PM (Sydney time)
Human mind is bombarded with thoughts. It builds the ego and reacts with it, forces to take decision based on preconceived ideas. Decisions taken with complete freedom are, the right ones.

Once you start growing in your Self-Realisation, you develop such a personality that you see the whole world as one.

Intermediate sessions
Welcome to the Intermediate series - a follow-on to our " Let's Meditate for 21 days - Discover the peace and joy within.
Over the coming weeks , we'll learn about our energy channels, balancing them and learn how to meditate at home in the morning and evening. The aim of each week is to give you the knowledge and confidence required to meditate at home on your own.
DAY 1: How to start a peaceful morning | Wednesday 1 February 2023 • 9PM (Sydney time)
Meditating in the morning can help us sustain the whole day with great positive energy and everything just falls into place without much effort.

During the day our vibrations and meditative state can take a hit, evening footsoak and meditation really helps remove the accumulated stress. A meditation after footsoak clearance really helps to fill us our system with positive vibrations.

DAY 10: Witness life and yourself without guilt | Wednesday 22 Feb 2023 8PM (Sydney time)

With your attention on present moment, you learn not to indulge into the falsehood of guilt but face every challenge with courage and conquer over it.

DAY 11: Imbibing humility and practicing forgiveness | Friday 24 Feb 2023 8PM (Sydney time)
With the humility in heart and the feeling of forgiveness, we learn to surrender our ego and attain the complete peace within.

DAY 12: The thousand petalled lotus - sahasrara | Monday 27 Feb 2023 8PM (Sydney time)
The seventh energy center within us which has thousand petals is also known as the Sahasrara Chakra, which lies on the top of our head. When Mother Kundalini reaches Sahasrara the lotus petals open and enlightenment (samadhi) takes place. You may feel a powerful pulsation in the crown of the head, followed by a melting sensation and a flow of cool vibrations from the fontanele bone area. This is the real baptism by which you know you are truly born again.
‘So in Sahasrara, you must know what powers are there. There are one thousand powers, one thousand powers within you which are being enlightened. If you can understand that, then you will understand what is the use of having ego because you have such a lot of powers within you, which you have not utilized. DAY 13: Integration of the finite (self) with the Infinite | Wednesday 1 March 2023 8PM (Sydney time)
In the Sahasrara, the whole instrument is integrated. Each chakra has its place here. Only now do we go beyond the relative, above the three gunas (channels), and into the absolute realisation of heaven on earth. This is a country far beyond our wildest imaginings, so much more than our words can even seek to imply, our ultimate destination, stretching out forever.

DAY 14: Celebrating the divine love & joy | Friday 3 March 2023 8PM (Sydney time)
Let’s cherish our Self Realisation by celebrating this divine Love and Joy which we have received from the all pervading power.

Some information here is very ‘advanced’, so you should ensure you have completed the whole course and are regularly meditating so you can appreciate the information. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions about the material during the Course sessions or when you are in contact with one of our mentors.
Newcomers and regulars will learn how to meditate and experience true meditation. Over the 21 days, you’ll be guided daily by our online team through the three levels of knowledge and meditation experiences from beginner to intermediate to advanced. One on one help and workshops with group practice will be available.
This is a spiritual meditation whereby we awaken the inner energy that gently brings positive change within us – making us more balanced, peaceful and joyous. As you participate in daily classes you will notice increasing gaps between your thoughts and feeling more relaxed and spiritual. Sahaja Yoga Meditation is volunteer run, always free and practiced in more than 100 countries.
