“21 Series” Online programs
A series of video meditation programs presented by our international Sahaja Yoga meditation practitioners. The programs are recordings of live interactive sessions on Zoom with participants from around the world. There are sessions available for Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced meditators. All programs have great meditation instructions with lots of resources to help you. You can also join our WhatsApp Group to get one-on-one support – “Register your Interest” below.

“LET’S MEDITATE FOR 21 DAYS”
Series 1 – Beginners Program
Held 31st July to 21st August 2021.
For newcomers who would like to learn how to meditate. Sessions are aimed at complete beginners who are taken through various meditation techniques and are provided with resources so they can better understand the importance of meditation to attain mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well being.
“NEXT 21 DAYS OF MEDITATION”
Series 2 – Intermediate Program
Held 23rd August to 15th September 2021.
This is the next step towards your spiritual ascent and wellbeing. For those who have received their Self Realisation and have been participating in our online or face to face classes.

For those who have received their Self Realisation and have been participating in our online or face to face classes. If you are familiar with the basic Sahaja Yoga clearing, balancing and meditation techniques then this advanced series will help you to grow deeper in your meditation.
