A musical celebration of the joy of being one’s true Self.

In 2014, the United Nations declared 21st June of each year as International Yoga Day in recognition of benefits to humanity of the many practices of yoga – a gift given to the world by India.

Yoga means ‘union’ and Sahaja Yoga, which is an effortless, transformational meditation practised worldwide, means ‘spontaneous union’.
Sahaja Yoga was developed by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi to enable humans to discover their Self, that part of their awareness that is beyond limitations of mind, body, feelings, or intellect. Yet it provides a very tangible direct experience, that is felt on one’s nervous system, relaxing the whole being and clearing our cluttered attention.

The ‘union’ is experienced as pure joy in doing nothing, in the moment and without any thought.

“Because this mind, which is just a bubble, as I told you, and is so limited, that it cannot comprehend the beauty, the glory, the expanse of reality.” – Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi
